![]() The reason is because Realtek HD Audio Manager is much better than Bang & Olufsen's, has way more options to better equalize your audio. The driver I presume to be the same, the Realtek one, but I want the Realtek HD Audio Manager instead of the Bang & Olufsen Audio Control (as shown in the pictures I posted). No, it's not exactly the audio driver, it's just the audio controller/manager. ![]() I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Realtek drivers, disabling the Realtek High Definition Audio at the Device Manager but nothing seems to work. I have an OMEN HP notebook, and I've been trying to change my audio controller from the Bang & Olufsen one that comes with the notebook to the Realtek HD Audio Manager. ![]() So there is no way to make it look like this? because that's how it its designed for this motherboard? because on the z390-F when i was uninstalling the SS3 the settings went back by default to the realtek audio control and now it doesnt.Īlso even with SS3 having the surround box checked i still get no sound from the rear speakers even tho its set for 5.1 and if i test the rear speakers using the windows/realtek audio control you can hear the test sound but nothing else when playing, watching videos or listening to music Already followed a lot of other "guides" that other people posted but none of them helped so at this point i dont know what to do please help. I already reinstalled the drivers 10 times, reinstalled windows 2 times and still won't work. DTS doesnt even show me any settings ,SS3 and Radar don't help at all ,before i had a z390-F and every time i uninstalled all 3 and the settings showed up in the realtek audio control app. Even tho the 5.1 speaker setting show up they dont work without setting the enviroment setting to "room". Hi i have a problem with the realtek audio control, it won't show up EQ and enviroment settings and because of that i can't use my 5.1 speakers. You have to use an old version of realtek control panel to make it work. For example try downloading audio drivers for this motherboard it and look for the file RAVCpl64.exe under the Vista64 folder. The culprit is the new realtek audio control which has removed the lever for audio monitoring level. I just had the same problem, but it's not because of the driver. So is there another way to regain this functionality? Is there something like what's suggested in this other question?Unmute audio input (microphone) in OSX programaticallyBasically some command to unmute the direct monitoring of the Line In audio input on Windows, or maybe an app that controls the drivers?Realtek audio console doesn't provide this option :( I however, can confirm that my onboard audio has been properly installed with the following entry in the device manager under Sound, video and game controllers:ĭownload realtek audio control windows 11 I have read online that the app reportedly will not install if the proper Realtek drivers aren't loaded.
